Shipping rates are calculated and quoted according to the cost of the order per delivery address and will be delivered via UPS.

During the months of May through September, or when shipping to destinations over seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit, reusable insulated cooling supplies will be used. A $7.00 fee will automatically be calculated in with your shipping quotes. Our goal is to protect your chocolates from harm’s way!

When Cru Cacao ships to destinations with temperatures over seventy-five degrees we do not let your package sit in transit hubs over the weekend. Therefore, we will ship your chocolate treats at the begininng of the week (or by mid week at the latest when using expedited shipping methods).

Please be aware that UPS usually requires that someone signs for delivery, so plan accordingly.
