"Soy Organic" reads in Spanglish as "I am Organic." The store occupies a corner storefront and describes itself as "a conscious, convenient grocery store that carries organic products."

They have items such as Zapatista coffee and coffee-blossom honey. Organic produce is displayed in wooden crates at the front of the store. Refrigerated cases hold organic daily staples. Freezers hold ice cream, Tofurkey products and Amy's Kitchen frozen pizzas. On the opposite walls, shelves display natural health, home, and beauty products, organic candies and snacks and great Latin art.

The owners are committed to making organic foods available to the community, and their inventory is stocked based on customer requests. Soy Organic is definitely a labor of love..
